Terms of Service

    Last Updated: May 24, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inline Tax and Accounting Group website, client portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services or website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inline Tax and Accounting Group.

    2. Services We Provide

Inline Tax and Accounting Group provides professional tax preparation, tax planning, accounting, and financial consulting services. All services are subject to the terms of a specific engagement letter which must be signed prior to the commencement of professional work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to us. We will not audit or otherwise verify the data you submit, although we may ask for clarification. The timely filing of your tax returns is dependent on your prompt provision of all necessary documents, including W-2s, 1099s, and expense records.

    5. Client Portal & Security

Access to our secure client portal requires a unique login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We employ industry-standard encryption, but no digital transmission is 100% secure.

    6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are based on the complexity of the work and the time required. Estimates provided are not guarantees of final costs. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as otherwise specified in your engagement letter. We reserve the right to suspend work if accounts are past due.

    7. Tax Filing & Deadlines

We strive to meet all government filing deadlines; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies (IRS/State) or for penalties resulting from the late submission of documents by the client. It is your responsibility to sign and return all authorizations (such as Form 8879) before we can electronically file your return.

    8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inline Tax and Accounting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

    9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Inline Tax and Accounting Group is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
